These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ComputerCollection.in and all purchases made through the site. By browsing, registering, or placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by applicable Indian laws (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020). Scope, Acceptance & Definitions
These Terms apply to all users of ComputerCollection.in. We may amend the Terms at any time; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Where Indian law provides non‑derogable consumer rights, those rights prevail over these Terms.

“You”, “User”, or “Customer” means any person using the site. You must have legal capacity to contract in India.

“Products” are hardware and accessories sold on the site; “Services” include order processing, delivery and post‑sales support.
Order means your purchase request. Acceptance occurs only when we send a shipping confirmation. Prior notices (order acknowledgements by email or SMS) are informational and not acceptance.
Pricing, Payments, Orders, Cancellation & Returns
Pricing & Taxes
All prices shown include applicable GST and taxes unless stated. A GST‑compliant invoice is issued for each order. If you provide valid GST registration details at checkout, we will furnish the appropriate tax invoice.
Payment Methods & Security
We accept COD, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and selected wallets. Payments are processed by authorised gateways; card credentials are not stored by us. Transactions are encrypted and comply with applicable IT and RBI guidelines.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment without penalty. We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including stock unavailability or pricing errors; refunds are issued promptly (typically within 7 business days).
Returns, Refunds & RMA
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We may request an uncut video of unboxing as proof. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost following inspection. Manufacturer warranties apply; we assist with RMA but the manufacturer’s warranty terms govern repairs or replacements. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For change‑of‑mind requests: returns are not accepted once the product has been dispatched except where Indian law requires otherwise.
Account Registration and User Obligations
- You may browse without an account, but must register (or log in) to place orders. Provide accurate, complete information and promptly update it if anything changes.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- You agree not to use this site for illegal or prohibited activities. You may not harvest any data from the site, send spam, or otherwise interfere with the site’s functioning.
- All submitted user content (e.g. product reviews) must be lawful, non-defamatory, and not infringe IP rights. You grant us a license to use and display your reviews. We may refuse or remove any content at our discretion.
Shipping, Risk & Delivery
Standard delivery: 3–10 business days pan‑India, subject to stock and location. Title passes on full payment and delivery; risk transfers to you once goods leave our warehouse and are handed to the courier. Inspect packaging on delivery; refuse visibly damaged shipments and notify us immediately.
Shipping Fees
Free or flat fees shown at checkout; errors may be corrected and invoiced if clearly stated.
Delays
Estimated dates are approximate—logistics disruptions may extend delivery times.
User Accounts, Content & IP
Register to place orders; maintain accurate account details and secure credentials. By submitting reviews you warrant originality and grant us a perpetual, royalty‑free licence to use that content. All site content—text, images, logos, code—remains our or licensors’ intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.
Moderation
We may remove reviews that are unlawful, defamatory, or breach policies.
IP Protection
Unauthorized reproduction of our content is prohibited and enforceable under law.
Liability, Indemnity & Force Majeur
